After his journey as a young actor in Lisbon dubbing iconic Pixar & Disney movies and playing rugby for the national team of Portugal, Afonso fell in love with the beautifully messy world of building tech products. As a result, Afonso is now a Product leader and coach based in Norway.Passionate about building great product teams and product organizations, he is currently a Product Director at Easee - one of the world's largest EV charger platforms. Previously, he was a Vice President at Laerdal Medical - an EdTech market leader for Healthcare, serving millions of users worldwide.

He's the author of the PM Growth Bubble, a guide to help Product Managers grow and foster great coaching conversations between them and their product leaders. Afonso also runs a masterclass on Product Management & Leadership, as part of his commitment to helping product people discover and deliver better value with happier teams.
